Morning ladies Need some help with my left bre...

Morning ladies Need some help with my left breast. Woke up last night and my breast felt like it was on fire and I,t hurt to move. Fed DS from it to see if that helped (it did a little but hurt like mad) it is now only sore on the right side but it's still really hard. Any tips or advice for dealing with this? I have felt around and there are no discernible lumps just a large tender spot.
